2 c Sugar
2 c Chopped cucumber
2 c Vinegar
2 c Chopped onion
1 ts Celery seed
2 c Chopped tomatoes
1 1/2 ts Salt
2 c Chopped cabbage
1/2 ts Turmeric
1 c Chopped celery
2 c Corn, cut from the cob
In a Dutch oven or heavy sauce pan, combine first five ingredients.
Heat to a boiling; add vegetables. Cook, uncovered, 25 minutes,
stirring occasionally. Pack in hot scalded jars and seal. Makes 3
