Cinnamon Cider

48 oz Apple cider
2/3 c Water
1/3 c Sugar
2 tb Sugar, brown
1 ts Cinnamon, ground
1/4 ts Nutmeg, ground
2/3 c Schnapps, cinnamon
2 tb Juice, lemon
sl Lemon (Garnish)

Combine cider, water, sugars, and seasonings in Dutch oven over medium-high heat; stir until sugars dissolve. Bring mixture to boil. Reduce heat to low. Add schnapps and lemon juice; heat thoroughly. Garnish each service with lemon slice and serve immediately.
