1 lb Hamburger; browned & drained
1 cn (24 oz) V8 juice
1 cn Corn (Green Giant)
1 pk Taco seasoning mix
1 cn (small) sliced olives
3/4 c Uncooked rice
1 cn (15 oz) red kidney beans; drained
Cook hamburger and onion. Drain. Put everything in Dutch oven. Simmer for 2
hours or more. Add taco chips
