Hot Pineapple Nectar

1 qt Pineapple juice
2 c Apple cider
1 c Orange juice
12 oz Can apricot nectar
2 (3-inch) sticks cinnamon; broken into pieces
1 ts Whole cloves
4 Whole cardamom seeds; crushed


Combine first 4 ingredients in a Dutch oven. Tie broken cinnamon sticks, cloves, and cardamom in a cheesecloth bag; add spice bag to juice mixture, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Remove and discard spice bag before serving beverage. Yield: 2 quarts.
