Mulled Apricot Nectar
46 oz Can apricot nectar
1 c Orange juice
4 2-inch sticks cinnamon
1/4 ts Whole allspice
1/4 ts Whole cloves
Cinnamon sticks (optional)
Lemon slices (optional)
Combine apricot nectar and orange juice in a Dutch oven. Tie 4
sticks cinnamon, allspice, and cloves in a cheesecloth bag; add to
juice mixture, and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer
20 to 25 minutes. : Discard spice bag. Serve beverages hot.
Garnish each serving with cinnamon stick and lemon slice, if desired.
Yield: 6-3/4 cups.
