Pasta with Green Beans and Mushrooms
1 1/2 lb Green beans; cleaned, 1 1/2 inch
1/2 lb Mushrooms; cleaned and sliced
1 Onion; sliced
5 Cloves garlic; minced
1/2 c Red wine
32 oz Canned tomatoes; crushed
2 ts Basil
1 ts Marjoram
Freshly ground black pepper
1 lb Pasta
Put wine in a large skillet or dutch oven. Add all veggies and herbs,
let simmer, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes. Add crushed tomatoes. Let
simmer 30 minutes or until you are ready for it. Cook pasta in
unsalted, unoiled water. Combine and enjoy.
