Barbecued Ribs of Beef

3 lb Short ribs
2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1 ts Paprika
1 ts Dry mustard
1 tb Sugar
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c Catchup
1/2 c Water
1/4 c Cider vinegar
1/2 c Minced onions
1 Garlic clove -- minced

You can use the top of the roast beef bones. Have them cut in 2-inch pieces. Brown the ribs in a heated casserole or Dutch oven; pour off the fat. Combine all the ingredients and add to ribs. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven 2 hours. Remove cover
