1 1/2 lb Lean ground beef
1 c Chopped onion
2 x 14 oz. canned kidney beans, with liquid
1 1/2 c Frozen kernel corn
4 oz Canned chopped green chilies with liquid
2 ts Chili powder
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1 1/2 c Medium salsa
Scramble-fry ground beef and onion in large pot or Dutch oven until onion is soft and beef is no longer pink. Drain.
Add remaining 8 ingredients. Heat, stirring occasionally, until boiling. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Makes 8 1/2 cups
