Potatoes with Bacon and Onion

(serves 8)

8-10 potatoes, sliced
1 lb bacon, cut into pieces
2 large onions, diced
1/2 lb grated cheese

Brown bacon and onion in Dutch oven. Add potatoes and stir. Cook 45-60 minutes with even heat (14 coals bottom, 14 on top). Add grated cheese just before serving.
