Impossible Pumpkin Pie
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
2 tablespoons margarine
1 can (13 oz) evaporated milk
1 can (16 oz) pumpkin
2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon vanilla
Grease pie plate. Beat all ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Put into Dutch Oven and bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Approximately 50-60 minutes.
