Beef Noodles

1 lb Ground beef, lean
1/2 c Chopped onion
2 cn Italian tomatoes -- 14 1/2 oz Each stewed
2 cn Beef broth -- 10 1/2 oz each
1 cn Mixed vegetables -- 16 oz drained
1 ts Dried oregano
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1 c Noodles -- uncooked
md Egg

In a dutch oven or soup kettle, brown beef and onion; drain. Add tomatoes, broth, vegetables and seasonings. Bring to a boil; add noodles. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook for 10-15 min. or until the noodles done. Yield: 6-8 servings. (2 quarts)
