Beef Noodle Soup
1 lb Ground beef
1/2 c Chopped onion
2 cn Italian stewed tomatoes (14 1/2 oz. ea.)
2 cn Beef broth (10 1/2 oz. ea.)
1 cn Mixed Vegetables, drained (16 oz.)
1 t Dried oregano
1 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper
1 c Uncooked medium egg noodles
In a Dutch oven or soup kettle, brown ground beef and onion; drain. Add tomatoes, broth, vegetables and seasonings. Bring to a boil; add noodles. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until noodles are done. Serves 6-8 (2 quarts)
