Creole Fish Fillets

(serves 6-8)

2 lbs. fish fillet
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tsp basil
1 Tbs oil
1 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 drops red pepper sauce


Put fish in warm greased Dutch oven or covered skillet. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Bake until fish flakes with a fork (about 10 minutes). Serve with rice.
