Scout Jambalaya

(serves 9)

8 boneless chicken breasts
6 links mild Italian sausage
4 slices boneless smoked ham (1/2" slices)
2 cups uncooked long grain rice
2 jars spaghetti sauce (28 0z each) with extra tomato, garlic, onion
4 1/2 cups water


Cook sausage in water then slice it. Cut chicken in strips and sauté until done. Cut ham into strips. Put all meat into Dutch oven. Add water. Bring to boil. Add rice. Simmer until rice is cooked. Add sauce, simmer until hot.
