Macaroni and Beef
1 1/2 pound ground beef
2 cups uncooked macaroni
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 16 oz. whole kernel corn, drained
2 cans (10 3/4 oz. each) condensed tomato soup
In skillet, brown ground beef: drain well. Put in Dutch oven. Cook macaroni according to package directions till barely tender; drain well. Add macaroni and remaining ingredients to Dutch oven. Stir just enough to blend. Cover and cook over low heat 1 to 3 hours.
4 to 6 servings.
