Apple Crisp

Fill buttered Dutch oven with fresh peeled and sliced pie apples. Fill about 1/2 full.

3/4 cup butter or margarine
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 cup oats
1 t cinnamon


Combine above ingredients with fork until crumbly. Spread over apples in Dutch oven.

Cover and bake medium hot (350-400 degrees) for about 45 minutes until apples are soft and cooked through.

Serves 10-12 (depending on the size of the Dutch oven used)
