Pineapple Upside Down Cake

1/2 cup brown sugar
3 eggs slightly beaten
1 1/2 cup mix
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cups sugar
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple
1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter

Mix brown sugar together with butter, and press into lightly buttered 10 inch cake pan. Preheat Dutch Oven to about 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients except pineapple together, beat till smooth. Spoon drained pineapple over brown sugar mix then pour mix over it. Place in oven on trivia or three small rocks. Bake 45 to 50 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and invert onto serving plate.
