Rice Balls

1 pound Lean ground beef
1/2 cup Uncooked white rice
1 Green pepper -- chopped
1 medium Onion -- chopped
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Freshly-ground black pepper
1 quart Canned tomatoes -- diced

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients except tomatoes and shape into balls. Put in dutch oven. Pour tomatoes oven top, cover. Bake 2 hours. If too dry, add tomato sauce for more juice.
Serving size is 1/4 of reicpe.
