Blueberry Coffee Cake

1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup skim milk
3 tablespoons puritan oil
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup blueberries
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons chopped pecans


Heat oven to 350 degrees F. and oil a 8x8" pan lightly. For the batter, combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl and form a well in the center. Combine milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla and add all at once to flour mixture. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened and liquid is evenly distributed. Pour batter into pan. For the topping spread blueberries over top of batter. Combine sugar and cinnamon and spoon over blueberries. Sprinkle nuts over top. Cook for 40 minutes or until a wooden tooth pick comes out clean from the center.
