Fry 2 pounds of bacon in a Dutch Oven; don't drain. Add a medium sized bag of shredded or hashed brown potatoes. Add goodies like mushrooms and peppers.
After the potatoes are browned, add two dozen scrambled eggs and mix well. Remove almost all of the coals from the bottom and wait until the eggs are no longer runny in the middle.
Add the cheese; replace the lid and let melt. Cuts like cake
