2 cups uncooked macaroni
1-1/2 lb ground beef
3/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 8-oz can tomato sauce
1 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
Cook macaroni, rinse, drain, and set aside. Brown the ground beef, celery, and bell peppers; drain well. Add tomato sauce, water, salt, and the cooked macaroni; mix well. Place the mixed ingredients into an oiled pan or directly in bottom of oven. Bake for 30 minutes. Serves 8
Add a 16-oz can of whole kernel corn to the mixed ingredients. Sprinkle grated cheese on the dish before baking.
