Breakfast Casserole

2 tubes of refigerator biscuits
1 lb sausage (cooked at home, crumbled)
1 dozen eggs
grated cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons margarine


Cover inside of Dutch oven with aluminum foil.

Preheat the Dutch oven.

Put butter in bottom of Dutch oven and spread one tube of biscuits on bottom.

Beat eggs, add cooked sausage and pour into Dutch oven.

Cover mixture with grated cheddar cheese.

Make a crust with second tube of biscuits and cover the egg mixture.

Bake in the Dutch oven until top layer of biscuits is golden brown.

Serves 8 or 10.
