Baked Lasagna

2 lb hamburger
2 onions, chopped
2 cans mushrooms
4 cans tomatoe sauce
2 boxes lasagna noodles
2 bell peppers, chopped
oregano and garlic
grated mozzarella cheese

Boil noodles as instructed, drain water and set aside.

Meanwhile, Brown the hamburger, onions, and peppers and drain the fat.

Mix in tomatoe sauce and season with oregano and garlic.

Simmer on low heat until thick.

Preheat the dutch oven and grease well.

Arrange layers of noodles, meat sauce, and cheese.

Keep forming layers until all noodles, meat sauce, and cheese are gone.

Bake in the dutch oven for 20 to 30 minutes.

A serving suggestion - try it with a tossed salad.
