Chili and Cornbread

1 Lb. Ground Chuck
Taco Seasoning (mild or hot)
1 Can Chile Beans in sauce
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Package Cornbread (read directions as most require an egg and 1/3 cup of milk)


Brown meat in a skillet or dutch oven and add taco seasoning. When meat is browned, drain grease. Layer the bottom of dutch oven with meat, and then layer in beans and tomatos. Follow the directions on the cornbread and then spoon on top. Use 12 coals on the bottom and 16-18 on top and cook for about 1/2 hour.
