4 qt Unsalted popped popcorn
1 1/2 qt Bite size rice cereal squares
2 c Corn pops cereal
2 c Brown sugar OR 1 c Brown sugar and 4 t Sweet 'n Low Brown
1 c Liquid Butter buds
1/2 c White corn syrup
1 t Lite salt, optional
1/2 t Baking soda
1 qt Tiny Tim pretzels
Combine popcorn, pretzels and cereals together in a large pot or dutch oven that has been sprayed with Pam. combine sugar, Butter buds, syrup and lite salt in a large saucepan and boil for 5 minutes. remove from het. Quickly stir in baking soda. Pour over popcorn mixture and stir together quickly before syrup thickens. Mix until everything is lightly coated. Spread o four cookie sheets that have been covered with foil and sprayed with nonfat cooking spray. Bake at 250f. 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool until hardened. this may take a while. When cool and hardened, break apart and store in an airtight container.
