1 Can Corn
1 Can Cream Corn
1 8 oz. Sour Cream
1 Stick Butter/Marg.
2 Eggs Beaten
1 Small Box Corn Bread Muffin Mix
Drain can corn. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into seasoned dutch oven with 10-12 coals on top and bottom. Cook for 1 hour until set up and golden brown. At home--put in 9x13 buttered dish and bake at 350 covered for 45 min. and uncovered for 15.
