1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 stick plus 2 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. raw Shrimp, peeled
1 large onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Creole seasoning to taste
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 pint Crab Meat
1 package linguini
In a small saucepan, melt 1 stick butter and cream cheese. Set aside. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter and saute onions, bell pepper, and celery. Add Shrimp last. Add cream cheese mixture to Shrimp and vegetables. Then add soup and seasonings, mix well. Stir in Crab Meat and linguini. Pour into 6 quart Dutch oven. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serves 8. Best when it is refrigerated overnight.
