Seafood Gumbo

1/4 cup margarine or butter
1 cup chopped onion
3 Tbsp. flour
4 cups water
1 lb. Shrimp, peeled and deveined
16 oz. can tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
10 oz. package frozen okra
2 cups Oysters
6 oz. Crab Meat
Hot cooked rice

In large Dutch oven melt butter. Add onion and cook until tender. Stir in flour. Cook until flour is brown. Add water, tomatoes, celery, green pepper, bouillon cubes, cayenne pepper. Bring to boil. Simmer uncovered for 1 hour. Add okra and simmer 5 minutes. Add Shrimp, Oysters and Crab Meat. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve with rice. Amounts and types of seafood can be determined by individual preference.
