1/4 cup flour
1 large onion, diced
1 large bell pepper, diced
1 garlic clove, crushed
4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
12 Oysters in shell
2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
10 oz. can frozen okra, sliced
6 cups water
1 large shelled deveined Shrimp
16 oz. King Crab, thawed and drained
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Hot cooked rice
In 5 quart Dutch oven, cook oil and flour for 8 minutes. Add "A" ingredients and cook until tender. Add "B" ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Add "C" ingredients and cook for 10 minutes until Shrimp are pink and opaque. Serve over cooked rice.
