Cherry Chocolate Delight
2 chocolate cake mixes
2 2/3 c. applesauce (2-16 oz. cans)
2 cans or 1 lg. can cherry pie filling
1 lg. pkg. Jello instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
Prepare Dutch oven with a generous coat of oil, or line with tin foil and spray with Pam. Spread pie filling evenly on the bottom. Mix cake mix with eggs and applesauce. Pour over cherries. Bake as cobbler. Cover and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. Check with toothpick in center. Make sure cake is done. While still hot, invert onto serving round. Cool. Mix pudding according to directions. Spoon onto cherries in a pinwheel design. Add whipping cream and serve warm or cold.
