West of The Pecos Goulash 1 1/2 lb Lean ground beef
1 lg Onion; chopped
1 Green pepper; chopped
1 cn Sliced mushrooms - 4 oz.
2 ts Chili powder
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1 cn Tomato soup
1 cn Rotel tomatoes & chiles, diced (10 oz.)
1 cn Corn - 16 oz.
1 pk Noodles - 12 oz.; cooked and drained
1/2 c Cheddar cheese; shredded
In large dutch oven, brown ground beef, onion, and green pepper. Drain fat. Add mushrooms, chili powder, worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Add can of soup, tomatoes, and corn.
