4 Quail, halved
1/2 c Butter
1/2 c Dry white wine
1/4 ts Paprika
1/4 c Chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Melt butter in a Dutch oven. Add quail, browning on all sides. Add wine and seasonings. Reduce heat and cover. Gently cook for 8-12 minutes until tender. Servings vary.
