Classic Chocolate Fondue
1/2 c Sugar
1/4 c Unsweetened Dutch process cocoa
1 tb Cornstarch
3/4 c Skim milk
1 tb Fleischmann's Lower Fat margarine
1 ts Orange extract
In a small saucepan, whisk sugar, cocoa & cornstarch. Whisk in milk until well blended. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils & thickens. Remove from heat. Stir in margarine & extract. Transfer to a fondue pot, slow cooker or small casserole with a warming plate.
