Lemony Sweet Spareribs
3 lb Spareribs; cut in serving size pieces
6 oz Lemonade concentrate; thawed and undiluted
1 1/2 c Water
3 tb Soy sauce
1/2 ts Salt
3 tb Catsup
3 tb Sugar, brown
2 tb Water
2 tb Cornstarch
Place spareribs in a large Dutch oven; cover with salted water, and cook over low heat 1 hour. Drain.
Combine next 6 ingredients, and pour over ribs. Cover and cook over low heat 1 hour. Remove ribs to serving platter.
Combine 2 tablespoons water and cornstarch, stirring until smooth; add to pan drippings. Cook until thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly. Serve sauce with ribs.
