tomatoes -- diced
fresh basil -- torn up
Boil your favorite pasta in salty water, drain the pasta. Set aside.
In a Dutch oven, cover the bottom of the pan with REAL GREEN olive oil. Let heat. Add as much garlic as you like; let that get golden brown, add diced tomatoes, FRESH basil, torn up & let the whole mess simmer a few moments. Add pasta, stir & serve.
