2 cups Self raising flour
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 tin Pie Apples
Cream the margarine and the sugar. Add the egg and mix well. Add the flour and mix to a stiff dough. Press half the dough into a pie dish. Add the pie apple. Sprinkle with a little sugar. Grate the remaining dough over the top.
Preheat Dutch Oven. Heat will be controlled with the amount of coals you place below and on top.
Bake for approximately 30 - 40 minutes on a medium heat.
