Peach Upside Down Cake

3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 29oz. can peaches sliced
1 white cake mix

In a small saucepan combine brown sugar and butter, melt and stir to combine. Spread on bottom of cake pan (9 inches in is. and 3 inches deep). Arrange peaches (saving the juice) over brown sugar mix in concentric circles. Using the reserved peach juice instead of water, make cake mix according to package directions and pour over peaches. bake in slow oven for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and turn over onto plate. Make sure cake pan is at least 1 inch above bottom of Dutch oven.
