Three Fruit Cobbler

12 ea Inch dutch oven
2 ea Boxes cake mix
1 ea 6 oz can crushed pineapple
1 ea 6 oz can sliced pineapple
1 cn Apple or cherry pie filling
Brown sugar

Line dutch oven with heavy duty foil. wipe butter all over the lined oven and pour 1 box of cake mix into the bottom. Sprinkle about a half a handful of brown sugar on top and spread it evenly over the mix. Next pour in a whole can of crushed pineapple. Spread it evenly over the cake mix. Next pour in one shole can of either the apple or cherry pie mix. Sprinkle about 1/4 box of cake mix on top of this. Now take can of sliced pineapple and arrange them over the top of the mix and pour about 2/3's of the juice into the oven. Now fill each pineapple hole with a chunk of brown sugar and sprinkle cinnamon over everything. Now dump the rest of the cake mix in and spread it evenly and sprinkle with a little cinnamon. Put the lid on and place the oven on 10 hot coals. Put 12 coals on the lid. Cook for 15 minutes turn other side towards the fire and cook for 15 minutes more. When the top is golden brown and the cherries or apples are just starting to ooze through its ready. If additional cooking is necessary, turn pot 1/4 turn and cook 5 more minutes. Repeat this until it is done.
