Chili and Corn Bread

Combine Marie Callender's 16 oz Cornbread Mix with 1.5 cups water in a bowl and blend until almost all of the lumps disappear. You can fry your hamburger and make your favorite chili recipe in the Dutch oven or if pressed for time, use 3 cans (16oz) of Stagg Country style Chili. Pour all three into Dutch Oven. Spread the corn bread batter over the chili. Bake at 375 F for about 30 minutes.

Charcoal: 4 briquettes on the bottom and 10 on the top of the oven. Variation: Use 1.5 cans Cornbread Mix and 1.5 lb fried hamburger. Mix everything together and pour into dutchoven.
