Peach Cobbler

Step # 1:
1 cup butter (2 cubes)

Step # 2:
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
add cinnamon to taste
1 1/2 cups milk

Step # 3:
4 cups fresh peaches
1 1/2 cups sugar

Step # 1 Melt 1-cup butter in 12" Dutch oven and let cool. Step # 2 Place peaches in a bowl and pour sugar over them & mix. Set a side and let stand. Step # 3 In a bowl mix flour mixture together. Pour evenly over melted butter in Dutch oven. Pour peach mixture evenly over the dough in Dutch oven. Cook time: 1 hour @ 375 deg.

If using canned peaches pour all of the juice off. You can use any kind of fruit with this recipe.
