Ham and Cabbage
2 cups of water
5-6 pounds of spiral-cut ham, fully cooked
1 large head of cabbage cubed
6 large potatoes
Two large onions cubed
8 large carrots cut in 1 inch lengths
Salt and pepper if needed
Place the ham in center of dutch oven standing up. Place potatoes, carrots, onions, and cabbage around the ham. Pour 2 cups of water over the whole thing. Cover and place 15 coals on lid and 10 coals under oven. Cook for 1 hour or until vegetables are done. Will serve 10 scouts.
